Payment Failure

Unfortunately we were not able to take payment from you this month.

This can be for 2 reasons

1. Your card has been replaced since your last payment was made and therefore we do not have your up to date billing information. In this instance please email the office at so we can arrange to update your details.

2. Your bank declined your card payment due to insufficient funds. In this instance we will retry your payment in 3 days time. Please ensure there are adequate funds to cover this payment or you may be liable to a £15 admin fee in addition to any fees your bank charges you.
