Mobile App Support: FAQ

Welcome to the mobile app support page. Please see if your question is answered here.

Where do I download the app?

The app link is provided just after you sign up, but if you didn’t see it, simply search “MyPTHub Classic” in your App Store, the logo will look like this:

How do I access my workouts?

The workouts are grouped into a schedule. To find your scheduled simply click on the menu icon at the top left of the app (the three dash icon).

Click on Schedule.

This will show you your schedule. If you click “Start”, then your schedule will start immediately, and “Day 1” will be today. You do not have to complete the workout on the specified day, you can come back to it later.

How do I log a workout?

Once you have started your schedule, you will see the workouts listed day by day.

Just click on the green workout and you’ll be taken to the preview page.

You’ll notice a little page icon with a red dot. This is the “Workout notes” area. Please review this before you start the workout.

How do I change my workout time?

Please click here for instructions.

My schedule seems to be a few days behind?

The schedules are designed to start when you are ready. If you are following The Brotherhood LIVE workouts and want to stay in sync, but started your schedule earlier or later than the first workout day, then you can just log a workout manually by tapping “Start Workout” and choosing the dated workout from the list that appears.

How do I change my personal details?

Please click here for instructions.

I can’t sign up, it says my email address in use?

If you have used the MyPTHub app with another trainer or PT in the past, you will not be able to sign up to 30+ Men’s Fitness schedules using the same email address. Please use a different email address when signing up for the 30+ Men’s Fitness app.

If you have a Gmail email address, note you can add periods in at any part of the email address before ‘@gmail.com’ to make it unique, so if your Gmail address was ‘fredblogs@gmail.com’, you could sign up to 30+ Men’s Fitness with ‘fred.blogs@gmail.com’.

I see the app links with FitBit, what about Garmin, etc?

The app only currently supports FitBit. Garmin support is a popular feature request but not currently supported. We’ll update you if this changes.

Can I log food? Does it link with MyFitnessPal?

Currently, the app does not link to MyFitnessPal. You can log food inside the app instead of MyFitnessPal as the features are very similar.
