A message for all of you lads starting a new health kick.

It doesn’t matter if you are not one of my paid in person clients, boot campers, or online clients – I want you to feel good.
Feeling good comes from making health and fitness a PRIORITY and attaching a VALUE to it.

I said on a live video before:

  • Its hard to be enthusiastic when you feel like shit
  • It’s hard to be positive when you feel like shit.
  • It’s hard to deal with stress when you feel like shit.
  • It’s hard to be calm when you feel like shit.
  • It’s hard to be grateful when you feel like shit.

Want to know how NOT to feel like shit?

Exercise and/or commit to moving daily.

If you can combine that with getting outdoors then it’s a double win.

Add in hydrating daily (2 litres water as a ball park) and getting 80% of nutrition from whole foods and you are gonna start to see some amazing changes.

Im not talking physical here (although that will come), Im talking about mental health here.

So many people I meet simply can’t comprehend that fact then when you make the effort to exercise, you produce endorphins.
These are real ‘feel good’ chemicals that are released when you exercise, and in my opinion, they are quite simply magical and could save your life in the long run.

It’s why I make the effort to move daily and encourage all of my clients and followers.

I cannot emphasise this enough!

Exercise and getting outdoors WON’T get rid of your problems but it will give better clarity to deal with them.
I have lost count of the times I’ve had an issue which seemed so much greater UNTIL I went and exercised.

So please, consider this before you give in after 2 weeks of the new year.

January can be a tough month.

People are spent out, normally heavier and knackered after Xmas.
The fun of December and New Year has gone and mornings are darker.
It seems that there may be not much too look forward too.

But,

If you make exercise, getting outdoors, hydrating, eating whole foods 80% of the time and getting between 7-9 hour of sleep a night a PRIORITY around this period, then you are going to be in a much better place mentally.
Yep I know you want to lose body fat right now, but PLEASE do not underestimate the FEELING that the above will give you.
We all want to feel better right?

And INVEST!

It doesn’t have to be in money but FUCKING INVEST your time in your health.

If you INVESTED your time in becoming over fat, lethargic and miserable then please INVEST your time in getting yourself out of that hole.

This is not just your body, this is your mental well-being.

I want you to feel good
I want you to feel energised.
I want you to be a better Dad.
I want you to win.

But you gotta do the work.
