Where do I download the app?

The app link is provided just after you sign up, but if you didn’t see it, simply search “My PT Hub” in your App Store, the logo will look like this:

How do I access my workouts?

The workouts are grouped into a schedule. To find your scheduled simply click on the menu icon at the top left of the app (the three dash icon).

Click on Schedule.



This will show you your schedule. If you click “Start”, then your schedule will start immediately, and “Day 1” will be today. You do not have to complete the workout on the specified day, you can come back to it later.

How do I log a workout?

Once you have started your schedule, you will see the workouts listed day by day.



Just click on the green workout and you’ll be taken to the preview page.

You’ll notice a little page icon with a red dot. This is the “Workout notes” area. Please review this before you start the workout.

How do I change my workout time?

How do I change my personal details?

I see the app links with FitBit, what about Garmin, etc?

The app only currently supports FitBit. Garmin support is a popular feature request but not currently supported. We’ll update you if this changes.

Can I log food? Does it link with MyFitnessPal?

Currently, the app does not link to MyFitnessPal. You can log food inside the app instead of MyFitnessPal as the features are very similar.
